Terms & Conditions


1) We are not responsible for any item lost (especially for Regular Pos) or damaged during delivery. 

2) Items that you order may sometimes face a slight delay and downpayments are not refundable in any circumstances.

3) Unlocked phone guarantees calling in/out and messaging. Other services (BBM, GPS, 3G, email & etc) is between the buyer and their network operator as it depends on your data plan and telco.

4) All return charges (courier / tax / duty / stamp / packing) are bear by the buyer.

5) All sales are final. No refund / cancellation / exchange / rebate / reimbursement will be entertained.

6) All phones are tested with Digi or RedOne network prior to shipping. Failure to get signal because of your area or sim card is not covered under our Return Policy. If you use another network operator and cannot get any network coverage, do contact us. 

7) Version / firmware / software / OS might be different as we import our phones from oversea.

8) Full set accessories including (mobile phone, battery, charger, USB cable*, earphone*, user manual* & setup CD*). No memory card is included in any of our products.

9) USB cable & earphone is depending on the phone models.

10) User manual & setup CD is depending on availability.

12) Box may not be in pristine condition due to delivery damage. (product inside is confirmed to be perfectly fine)

13) Box may not be in pristine conditon because of the effect of warehouse storage. (product inside is confirmed to be perfectly fine)

14) Delivery time is 1 - 3 business days while in stock. For pre-orders, generally it will take 5 - 8 business days. (not including festive periods, public holidays and peak seasons)

16) We are not responsible for any modification / third party / flash / upgrade / enhancement of the software or hardware for the item we sold.

17) Pickup in Danau Kota will be based on the price at that branch. (Currently unavailable)

18) Pre-order item needs to be paid in full within 1 week after the item arrived to us. Failure to do so will result in the item being released to other customer. If we still did not receive full payment after another week, warranty period will be initiated. For example, if the item arrived to us today and you only make full payment after 3 months, your warranty period will be deducted to 9 months only (assuming your warranty is 1 year). If your warranty period is 3 months, then you have no warranty remaining.

19) Top up service will normally take a few minutes, on cases where the person in charge is not available, please allow a few hours to get your reload credit.

20) Wrong mobile number given will not be entertained as no changes are possible.

21) No cancellation is allowed for top up service.

22) Minimum top up value is RM 5.

23) Top up time for Digi is up till 12am while the rest is up till 4am. Both starting time is at 8am.

24) Second hand / used / pre-owned phones have no warranty at all. Please inspect properly before purchasing.

25) No 1 to 1 exchange will be entertained.

26) Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.

27) Trade-ins are only accepted for certain models. Please check with us first.

28) Item description is taken online from other websites, we are not responsible of any discrepencies.

29) There will be no refunds for whatever charges that may incur during payment or ordering.

30) There will be no reimbursements, refunds, exchange or warranty for free gifts / bonus or extra items.

31) Only English is a guaranteed language in all of our phones. For additional or other languages, please ask us.

32) All orders will be automatically cancelled within 3 business days of non payment.
